I spoke with the ceo about 3-4 weeks ago and he said the filing should come soon. The delay he said wasn't from his end. he said a few loose ends had to be tightened up. Once the filing is out they will move forward with the TSE listing and said it will take about a month for that. But lets give it more time seeing nothing ever goes as company's plan with the SEC.
