1st, no financials is NOT correct - -no current financials posted on otc or website- website partly because working on new or upgraded website to reflect the significant changes coming w N-Assay and also new clean rooms/facilities etc
but there are financials through 2014 on website showing yoy increase of over 4 times the latest posted year
and whereas i would like financials bc of my accounting degree summa cum laude, you overemphasize the utility of financials for development stage co's (meaning those who haven't achieved net income yet).
For such co's the direction/process is often more important. And many don't post financials on otc bc for profit public co otc charges min of $3k for limited financials (either posting just twice per year or posting skeletal financials 4x/yr) or $4200/yr for current class and a $10k surcharge to list as otcqb.
OTC should charge according to the co's income- a living lightly charge for no net income- that would promote transparency,which their PR engine CLAIMS is their top priority.
Also, you overemphasize such for the entire stock community. My best friend who dragged me into pennies after he made a 40 fold return in 6 months never did ANY dd despite being a smart cookie-never looked at financials.That is typical of trend analysis traders.
Many shorters and flippers don't care about financials either.
The only group which generically values financials are fundamental/value analysis traders like me, but as i said as a value analysis trader i recognize the internal process/direction is more important than financials for these co's.
Until net income is achieved bashers/shorters would just denigrate financials anyway.

When i got dragged into pennies i looked at the financials/ 10q/s etc for the co's my friend was trading and incredulously said to him -as per the metrics we were taught, these co's are ALL bankrupt- thats WHY they are pennies -many didn't even have a product -many of those who did weren't producing that product-and most who were producing hadn't achieved net income yet.
He didnt care-the only group as a group who cares are value analysis traders who don't take into acct the big picture of co product progress etc.

trend analysis has severe limitations in pennies but that doesn't dissuade such traders. When pps reaches shorters /flippers predetermined targets and or there are significant catalysts,the pps will trend up again,aided by chart traders and flippers and possibly short squeezes and possibly newbies etc.
also, the petri plates unique 2-4 yr shelf life properties had only been proved internally and externally in the last few years, during which time there was a flood of NNLX issued patents/licenses issued in many countries,followed by a sales VP to help energize/jump start new sales contacts.
i do hope that NNLX is aware that the petri plates sold via amazon,as reported by someone who bought some just to see, reportedly don't have any packaging or anything else that identifies the product w NNLX. That should be rectified, richtig? I don't remember buying products on amazon that do not identify the co of origin.Such products usually come in co identifying packaging as well as a co identifying invoice in my experience.
