I think they could do some form of 'quick and dirty' in some ways to get started there while building the place out, but that won't get much product produced until their really ready - easy 1 year - and that's if nothing goes wrong. Then again we don't know when they started.
They new owners have had that property for some time now, and maybe they were working on 'water' already for all I know.

But I'll tell ya what - the idea of doing *anything* like this in *that* state in a hurry just downright gives me night sweats just thinkin' about it. Talk about unions and bureaucracy and red tape to the bitter end! NOT a job I would want - I like the shareholder position much better.

It's just like the days of my youth when I could say:
"I expect everyone to carry on and execute the plan of the day, as directed.
I'll be observing at great range through heavy lenses. That is all."

The rewards (if you keep you stock, and even add what you can) are really going to be worth it, if these guy's put this together and supply China as well as North America with our products, the launch will be phenomenal!
