Do you think this is simply pure coincidence that OWCP and MNTR's charts are not only almost identical, but as strange as it appears, both reached their highest point on the same day and both dropped from their highest point... on the same exact day of Feb 22nd ??

Is it possible some form of manipulation occurred or something we may not even be aware of? Or is it honestly just pure coincidence that both dropped on the same exact day?
