PGUS- Chili Peppers planted in the ground with an expected July harvest, lots for Cielo Mar selling quickly. Revenue stream started and will continue for many months.
8K today announcing another convertible is not at all a concern of mine. Note isn't due to mature until Apr 2018. Jan has put up his own cash but does not have bottomless pockets. It will take immediate capital to keep PGUS moving forward and I believe Jan is doing what is currently necessary to keep the PGUS train rolling.
