What is being done about the abusive and libelous poster microcaptrdr24? 14 of his 29 posts as of today at 6:20PM EST were removed and I assume removal was based on violation of the TOS and specifically Article 5 sub A. These posts can be viewed as abusive, defamatory, libelous, hateful, deceptive and tortious towards GIGL management and their celebrity associates.
Removal of the 14 inappropriate posts did not commence until approximately 5:45PM. Other individuals posts are removed almost immediately when it is determined that they do not comply with the TOS; why were these defamatory and abusive posts allowed to remain today until after the close of the trading day which could be viewed as a manipulative or deceptive attack on GIGL.
