$BVTK - Talked to the CEO. He asked me not to put anything on the board with specifics. So this is what I can tell you aside from contacting him and giving him your phone number. If he has time he will give you a call.
I addressed the dilution. He admitted to it and said it was to clean up the financials. He knows when it will end but could not say. I told him the PRs are being over-shadowed by the dilution and he said he is aware of this but the debt holders are taking advantage of the current attention to the ticker to convert.
He did ask me to call him after 5pm and he could tell me something he is working on that would be complete by then. I chose not to call. I would prefer not to have that information and have no idea what it was in regard to.
I asked him about the email with SFOR and whether I could post it. He said no. There was other stuff I cannot say and he asked me not to post anything at all. I am not going to post anything anywhere else but here.
The conclusion...I had a sell order in today and I removed it.
