Also with an ESOP, just because the shares are vested does not mean they will be sold.
If I was given xxx number of shares in this company, while getting a somewhat subsistence salary($36,000 this year) and knew that I could retire with millions in my pocket, then I would not sell my shares at the first chance. My bet is that it will be years till the vested shares ever hit the market.
