Someone is making tremendous purchases. And more interesting, Hulk on the other board seems to think it might make another run. His tone drastically changed in the past day. It might not mean anything but I had to do a double take.
Perhaps some news is coming out in the next 24-48 hours. Anyone hear anything? I'm thinking they may have another agreement in place for another Secure Supplies project.
