Within the 119M ask remaining at .0004, VNDM has a block of 40M - either showing the limited amount he has (rather than letting multiple M through against a token 10K) or he is trying to dupe people into selling into the large waiting bid at .0003 - nobody is falling for it with the next update coming any day now once the Facebook review backlog is cleared.
Bid is at least 60M - with possibly more blocks hidden as AON orders (part of the 97M was hidden within seconds earlier).
The 121M at .0004 could disappear within seconds at any time going forward and those without any shares who fail to hit the ask at .0004 when they can are likely to have to pay more or sit on the sidelines.That is exactly why someone bought 24M at once earlier.
