The quotes: "He said he doesn't care about share price then turns around and complains that the share price is so low that he can't raise funds for the planned expansions without major dilutions."
and
"He has a plan in place how to raise capital without hurting the shareholder with dilution. Hopefully he will pull it off."
The first is likely a misinterpretation based upon what I've been told, still it's simple logic and no insider stuff --- when the share price is low it costs more in dilution to all of us for Nanologix to raise funding.
The second is great, but the poster said nothing else, so probably the CEO didn't elaborate. No insider stuff there.
Then there's my take, posted before, from what the CEO has said to me:
“I've spoken to the CEO more than once and I believe what was probably said was what he said to me at least twice: that he “doesn't run the company based upon share price or share behavior and if one invests in a company where the CEO does so, run from that company”.
It makes great sense to me”
