They must have me on ignore for i've posted graphics of shorting on this stock multiple times just recently and many times before-shorts reported to finra- often showing a large number of shorts on NNLX- which doesnt even count non-tape and naked shorting.
low pennies are especially targeted for shorting all the way to .0001, for 3 major reasons which i've abundantly shown w evidence /proof before. This is especially true of otc non-current stocks.
As to supposed financial requirements for shorting -mm's and brokers-who operate as a law unto themselves-especially since 2009-are not required to or get around requirements to short. Those who work for mm's and brokers to short these stocks also usually bash the co's on these boards.

shorters usually deny their influence or even their existence, just as their master does- the typical magicians trick to get longs to look elsewhere to blame the co for falling pps. So they will bring up lack of [current] financials and other reasons typical to non-current otc class as the reasons for the falling pps.
Besides other nefarious reasons, they do so in order to put the blame on the co for a falling pps. If people accept that false attribution of blame, they have believed the lie and the liar and have thus opened themselves up to believe further lies and be captured-that is the ultimate goal of those working for the liar -more important to them than even the profit achieved-and longs thus captured as i've witnessed often become the worst bashers because they are then directly controlled by/submitted to the liar,and used by such to increase fear (another major objective) since such a poster is usually well known previously as a faithful long.
It's not surprising there would be so much shorting after the rise to ca 20c pps. In such cases, without a continuous flow of good news, and w a small long investor pool due to the no info classification, shorters know they have a high % of success.
Once pps reaches their target level, some shorters plus flippers will go silent-and many flippers and even some shorters will then post positive for a time to get pps to rise to another peak (and also to artificially gain traction w longs) so they can short and or flip again to milk the cow again. Though they often overestimate the % of longs who read these boards.
And every time a co issues good news they bombard the boards w so many bashing posts designed to raise questions that lead to doubt, they know they can often bury the good news, as they often have done here.
