Not soft shell crabsl!
The beauty of this is that the Stone Crab has TWO LARGE CLAWS.....not just one like a lot of other crabs.......and if you cut the claws off, they regrow in a year.
Soft shell crabs are just crabs that have recebtly shed their shell (in order to grow), and when you eat them....well....there is nothing left.
Soft shell crabs are a one shot deal....................
