Airline industry is getting a black eye according to United's CEO Oscar Munoz
Many airlines are restructuring. With few airlines to choose from passengers are skeptical that anything would change. Charlie Leocha said on the today show that people are stuck with this until someone comes up with a new way of approaching the public and telling them "You can get more for less".
all of this was said on the Today show this morning.
My hopes are that Tony can take advantage of EVERY situation, especially something that could be used in ANY way that would benefit our company.
