BOSTON, May 02, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Votacall has established an annual scholarship program for a creative communicator and independent thinker in need of financial assistance to matriculate. The newly established program gets its name from the Votacall tagline, “The Innovate | Communicate Scholarship.”   The Innovate | Communicate Scholarship asks applicants to review and address a technology related topic in essay form.  The Votacall Scholarship Committee will review each entry and will name the winner of the 1 ^st Annual Innovate Communicate Scholarship on September 15, 2017.  

The Innovate | Communicate Scholarship is open to high school seniors, current college and graduate students who, through the written word, convey a “think different” mentality and mindset.
