Looks like Mr. Heddle is clearing his throat in preparation for asking investors for more money.
It will be interesting to see what form that request takes. If equity, it's very likely there will be a reverse split before additional shares are added.
It might be worthwhile for investors to decide how much extra money they are willing to donate to PTOI.
