Things I don't understand It's seems we've got

It's seems we've got THE BEST AND FASTEST DIAGNOSTIC TEST IN THE WORLD and THE BEST PERFORMING PETRI DISHES--with plenty of clinical evidence in support. And yet we sit at about 6 cents and declining from there.
If I remember correctly, we've now been dealing with this giant multi-national for about a year in terms of their use of the N-Assay test. Why no published interest from them in terms of a huger order, substantial company investment, or a possible company buyout? One would think that is a long enough time to make some major decisions.
The proposed plant expansion by 3/31/17 has passed and it looks like the funds for it have not come through. With a stock price this low, as a poster has noted, raising funds is probably quite difficult.
We're all indebted to BB for co-inventing the N-Assay Test and the Petri dish improvements. So, on the intellectual front, BB is first-class. Is it possible, however, that his skills in sales promotions are not as high level and perhaps hiring persons with proven skills in that area is now called for ?
