yep as i just noted to a *hater* on another OTC target we are invested in
remember May 2010 .. and what the SEC had to acknowledge that the *flash crash* forced out of them ..
SEC had zero access to any daily tape of trades ... regardless of where a company was traded
the incompetents had to rely on the foxes guarding the hen house for that data
amazing to think of what has been done against so many to financially benefit so few
