Akzo Nobel N.V. (AKZA.AS; AKZOY)
AkzoNobel has completed a previously announced share repurchase program.
The company repurchased 2.38 million of its ordinary shares in the period from January 2, 2017 up to and including April 21, 2017 for a total consideration of €160.00 million.
The purpose of the program was to neutralize the dilutive effect of stock dividends paid in 2016.
