We are happy to report Apple approves beta version of Vaporized, Secure Private Anonymous Self-Destructing Chat App, it was released on a white label account for testing, but will appear on our main account this week.
We are pleased to report we received shares from Circa pictures (CPPD.) Metatron will be issuing a special stock distribution of Circa shares to Metatron shareholders as of record 3/26/2017, ratio 7 MRNJ to 1 CPPD, rounded up, pay date we expect this upcoming week, subject to FINRA approval. The stock has a standard one year holding period.
Metatron continues to work with Circa Pictures toward the launch of its unique video crowdfunding platform for new movie, television, and streaming media projects. The Company is currently exploring opportunities for app and media distribution through Circa’s relationship with Zumm Everything Android and its proprietary streaming media player www.zummusa.com. Zumm will be an exhibitor at Salt Lake Comic Con on March 17th and 18th. Metatron will likely launch a new Self-Help/ Meditations App on the Zumm platform.

Metatron, Inc. has introduced Series B Preferred Shares.
Metatron approved investors can acquire Series B shares in blocks of various sizes. The first round investors will receive the highest discount currently at 60% to common shares.. Series B shares can only be redeemed through the Company. Series B shares are immune to any potential reverse splits proof and will convert at 1 B share to 50,000 common shares.

Investments will be used towards the development and growth of various apps and products including Cannabiods, Buzzlink, and Vaporizer apps. As well as complete our entertainment crowdfunding joint venture with Circa Pictures (OTC:CPPD). The in- app technology used for Circa platform is already developed and in the market with some of our apps and we expect with funding to release Circa’s app and platform Spring 2017.
Cannaboids is an Organic Nutraceuticals Portal, designed for medical marijuana patients to have the resources to find the latest CBD news and connect to legal dispensaries and has been release on iTunes and Google Play in beta.
Buzzlink is a business to business platform using apps and website portals to provide e- commerce solutions for small business’s including dispensaries. Buzzlink is expected to launch spring of 2017 and will be an exciting place for companies to find products, manage inventory, acquire customers and discover advertising opportunities.

Vaporizer 1.0 chat tech has been approved by Apple and we have released a limited version of it under a white label account and we will add advanced features such as true end-to-end encryption and self-destructive text messages before final release on our main account.
This year, analysis expect the cannabis market to produce $6.7B of new wealth, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch estimate that it will grow to $35B a year, and New York Times describes what is taking place as a gold rush. To note, 63 million Americans now live in states where it’s legal to even grow cannabis.
Cybersecurity is also a major growth area and concern for the public, some of the few apps that are out in the market now are already valued in the billions and yet only a small percentage of users are currently using safe texting apps, offering a great opportunity to capitalize on this growing market for Metatron and its shareholders.
