I have been an owner for about 2 and a half years

I have been an owner for about 2 and a half years . Why is it not moving off of this price? All of the news is good! I don't get it I have traded for about 8 years. News moves the market. Fundamentals count of course but in the penny stock world there usually are not any. Name change rebranding is the biggest news of all along with professional board of directors.
