As stated in announcement no. 9 2017, Solar A/S has implemented a reduction of the share capital of DKK 17,498,200 by cancelling treasury B shares. This corresponds to a reduction of the B share capital of 174,982 B shares of DKK 100.
Solar A/S's share capital is divided into A and B shares of nominally DKK 100 and multiples thereof. A shares have 10 votes per share amount of nominally DKK 100, while B shares have 1 vote per share amount of nominally DKK 100.
