Here's another tidbit of info for you to chew on.

So at the current PPS of .0417 NTEK's all-in market cap valuation including UltraFlix and 4K Studios is only $6.2 million. Now, I cut and pasted from Winston's message last night NTEK's revenues since Q4 2015 for you to review keeping in mind NTEK's current market cap of $6.2 mm @ .0417 pps:
Quote:
Q4 2015 > $4.6M
Q1 2016 > $4.8M
Q2 2016 > $4.3M
Q3 2016 > $3.8M
Q4 2016 > $3.6M
Once again a big thank you to Winston for providing the DD here.
So NTEK's Quarterly Revs individually equate to more than 50% of their total market cap. Add up all four quarters and 2016 annual revenue total is $16,500,000 million dollars vs. an all in market cap as of Friday of $6.2 million. That's means NTEK is currently trading at a multiple of less than .38% in an industry literally exploding in growth. I believe that will correct itself in the near future to a more realistic multiple as NTEK begins to unveil it's under promising and over delivering results. Even at a 1 to 1 price to revs you're looking at .17 cents per share valuation and I personally believe that'll prove to be low balling it but whatever let's start on the low side and take it from there.
So once again NTEK shareholders are looking at No further dilution, new acquisitions, a new Institutional investor to be revealed with Q1's report released in two weeks, UltraFlix previewing 3.0 at the Cannes Film Festival, 4K Studios feverishly remastering and encoding A - List movies that cross all of the Hollywood's major movie studios and this quote to me from DF as it relates to UltraFlix. To have "the best version of any movie on any platform at any time".
