$PTOI .. April 2017 .. lowest *volume* month since first trading in April 2009
which shows just how deep NRs' abusive hole is (UPSIDE DOWN) on PTOI
the lowest volume month prior to this was Nov 2009
the original crew working the vehicle of choice had washed and reeled
(my first dip of the toe buy was 100 shares @ 1.12) .. i would watch in
bemusement the following month (Dec 2009) .. and the *then* massive
volume of 2.5M (approx) go off .. about 1M of which was *abusive*
and the first significant illegal PPS manipulation of PTOI (1.00 to 7.70)
again approx because it's from memory
this month .. just 3 longs picked off 42% of the *volume* .. think about that
PTOI has been held sub 5c because NR has had literally no choice
they lose their asses when 5c breaks .. because at every turn these greedy
sobs .. have never covered .. rather they relied on their tried and true *efforts*
of shaking out actual shares from investors .. after all trolls dont' trot out that
99% stat for the fun of it .. it's done to CONdition retail by rote .. because for
the most part ... it's a true stat .. the issue with P2O is the company's founder
did something very few do .. sourced *loyalty* for his investors
at every turn .. NR never did the DD .. so their original hand off from Dec 2009
into early 2010 .. was an epic fail .. and so it would go ..
when NR relentlessly compresses a targeted stock DOWN .. and does it
successfully .. *volume* increases as the PPS decreases ..
with PTOI .. the exact opposite has happened since the company was wrested back in mid August 2013
YOY successive volume decreasing
until the obvious jumps out to even the non aware ..
the least amount of *volume* by month >> EVER on PTOI

understand exactly why .. and you too can work off of NON RETAILs' efforts ..
