In the latest PR (Not trying to read anything into it here),notice the end of the 3rd paragraph where it says

"The information that we have received at this early stage of the trial so far has been very encouraging with no data being delivered outside of the parameters of the protocol. We expect some information on pharmacokinetics from the early cohorts in the near term."

That tells me that although they can't release anything yet,they are getting information that is telling them that there is nothing negative happening and what is happening is positive.That and the fact that DF doubled the dose for the next cohort instead of "bumping it up a notch"leads me to believe that DF is confident in the drug and proceeding "full throttle" now.

They know more than what they are saying and their actions show it.
