Till Capital Ltd. Files U.S. GAAP Restated Quarter

HAMILTON, Bermuda, April 28, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Till Capital Ltd. (NASDAQ: TIL ) (TSX.V:TIL) (the “ Company ” or “ Till ”), a Bermuda domiciled company, announces further to its news releases of April 3 and April 17, 2017 that it has completed the filling of U.S. GAAP restated quarterly financial statements for the three, six and nine month periods ended March 31, June 31 and September 30, 2016.  These restated quarterly financial statements were required to be filed under applicable Canadian securities laws in connection with the Company’s transition from IFRS to U.S. GAAP accounting standards, and are available for public viewing on the SEDAR and SEC websites.
