They are bully's, they look for the one weakness than makes someone feel insecure and exploit it. Small test at first to find a weakness once they find it they keep the pressure on until the person being bullied is willing to let them put their head in a toilet. The best approach is to fight back. Buy more! Don't submit to bulling of any kind. Crack then in the jaw and put their heads in the toilet, maybe its the Long Island New Yorker in me. LOL
