Copenhagen, 2017-04-28 13:39 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- In accordance with Section 10 of the Danish Statutory Order on Issuers' Disclosure Obligations, GN Store Nord A/S is required to publish the total number of voting rights and the size of the share capital in the company as per the end of a month where changes have occurred.
As of April 28, 2017, the share capital of GN Store Nord is nominally DKK 582,736,856 divided into shares of DKK 4 each, corresponding to 145,684,214 shares. The total voting rights in the company are 582,736,856.
