Stockchaser is back, so it's time for a SEC compla

Well, stockchaser can't help himself but do what his IHUB bosses tell him to do, which is commit more SEC violations!
Making false or misleading statements about a company is an SEC violation.
Yes, every "bashing" post is an SEC violation and punishable by US law no matter where the poster lives.
I sent numerous messages to the IHUB admins notifying them there is criminal activity occurring on their website and they are responsible, now that they have been notified, for removing the illegal content. They blew it off.
But like Facebook, YouTube, and any other website, they have to take action on the content. They cannot say they didn't know or cannot control what their members say on the site, as a legal defense.
It didn't work for Napster or anyone who has tried this as a legal defense, it won't work for IHUB.
