Ron you are correct in stating that the last thing is for a bunch of message boards yahoos filling the company mail box or switch board with message board savants useless advise. Opine here all you want but stay out of direct contact. If everyone was a bright as they think they were they wouldn't be spending all their time on a message board gravelling for pennies.
