I know your confidence in Tony is well deserved. My youngest daughter lives in a co-op and isn't very happy with some of the rules. She is trying to find a way to buy a house but the average price for a nice house were she wants to live is around $750,000 so it seems out of reach for her. I told her to wait a few short months and I'll buy it for her and pay cash.
My kids are now searching for a good nursing home for a crazy old man.
