$PSGR A thought in passing: Did you ever notice t

Did you ever notice that share prices increase rather rapidly following a Press Release (assuming the release is even mildly positive)? Did you put two and two together and note that the same individuals who issue Press Releases have a lot to gain when the share price goes up? The same individuals who issue the positive Press Releases can sit on NEGATIVE PRs or choose to NOT issue any information for as long as they desire.
Putting this as plainly as possible:
With a Penny Stock, say the stock has 250 Million shares available (that is, OWNED by a Corporate entity or entities) for $0.002/share for the INITIAL offering. That share price puts the company value at $500,000.00 (on paper anyways). The company issues a Press Release that something MAY happen, the share price goes up to, say, $0.004/share. This method of increasing share value continues for a VERY long period of time. Every 6 or so months, a NEW Press Release suggests that yet another new POSITIVE development has or will occur at the company and share price goes up yet again. Just for kicks, let's say the share price goes as high as $0.15/share. The company is now (on paper) worth $37.5 Million. Those who issued the Press Releases can then begin to sell shares in relatively small (10,000 to 100,000) amounts without anyone suspecting that something may possibly be wrong. Again, just for snits and grins, let's say that over a 6 month period, someone sells off about 1 Million shares at the higher share prices. Even at an average of $0.10/share that is a VERY nice 6 month paycheck! OK, are you still following me? Very Few or No Press Releases occur over this 6 month period until the price begins to crumble. Someone, somewhere sees a bottom number for share price then waits and then buys and buys in small blocks of 10K to 100K.A NEW Press Release comes out and the price doubles.......Deja Vu!
I am NOT saying, hinting, intimating, or suggesting ANYTHING that may be interpreted as the above 'Thought in Passing' IS what occurs with Pershing Resources, I will let the reader draw his/her own conclusions AFTER he/she conducts a Due Diligence study of the correlation of Pershing Resources Share Price and Press Releases.
As I have noted in PAST posts, I (my family) do own stock in Pershing Resources. I do NOT in any way wish/try to manipulate share price. If anyone thinks or believes that manipulation does occur, I suggest that he/she/they gather strong evidence of its existence before suggesting or making accusations.
