Here are a few times when Jazz was insinuating "The D word" ... Just Sayin !
According to Jazz ... VNDM = Dilution ... just check the post below dated March 30 ...

NOTE: In the Quarterly Report dated February 16, 2017 ... NTEK disclosed that "On February 1, 2017, Issued Mike Steele, unrelated and non-affiliated investor, 8,078,963 shares" ...
No change to the O/S since then ... but lots of insinuating !! ... Just Sayin !
I think the MOTIVES for constantly suggesting "The D word" are Crystal Clear !!
