InterServ, LP Commences Work on Two Hotel Renovati

LOS ANGELES, April 27, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Leading general contracting firm, InterServ, LP , recently kicked off work on two renovation projects in Denver, CO. The company will be responsible for a complete overhaul of the guest rooms, corridors, lobby and meeting rooms as well as the restaurants at a Holiday Inn property, as well as a Renaissance hotel.

The Renaissance Denver Hotel is undergoing a complete renovation to 400 rooms, including newly converted bathrooms with new showers, finishes and furniture. Additionally, InterServ will be refreshing the corridors of the hotel with carpets, lighting, wall covers and art. Guests will be able to enjoy unique décor elements in the lobby, a brand-new ballroom for future events and renewed landscaping. Finally, InterServ will be remodeling the existing restaurant, which will now include a new executive club lounge area.

For the Holiday Inn Denver property, InterServ is responsible for the complete renovation of all 300 guestrooms including fresh finishes and furniture, a refresh of the existing corridors with bright lighting and new carpet and the exterior of the hotel will also be upgraded with bright lighting and beautiful landscaping. Guests to the hotel will have the pleasure of being greeted in the new lobby and reception area with unique décor and can end the night at the new hotel restaurant, Burger Theory, which also boasts an expanded bar.
