$EFLN crystal ball report just in; As I see it, yes.
3 Month chart shows spike happens beginning of April, and what goes up must come down. Consolidation and shorts kicked in and brought it back to reality, but not before forming a positive stair. 3 Month sma 50 is still at .001 and sma 20 is above share price at approx .00185. Looking at this I would think we will not drop below .001.
Because.... 1 Month Chart shows EFLN establishing the second stair between .0013 - .0016. (filling our gap from .001 - .006) and once we do along with some positive PR, this could sky rocket once again. REGARDLESS - when this moves it will move fast and you better have limits set. If the bulls lose this could easily go to .0005 or less.

When looking across all boards it seems that many people claim to have spoken with the CEO. I actually called the number myself and spoke to the CEO, so he claimed to be, and he spoke with a thick accent with knowledge of everything. The written grammar issues for someone responsible in running a public company is not alright in my book, but then again this is the pink sheets and anything is possible. I know the reports and pdf files uploaded to otcmarkets website look ridiculous. Who would take these "emails" and "LOI" and "claims" seriously when it is not even put into a legal document?
I STILL MIGHT! Here is why...
The guidelines for reporting information are very broad. Forms are provided by regulators to be used, if the company decides to use their forms, but the forms themselves may not be mandatory for certain situations. As long as progress is reported via legit channels, it is considered progress reported by the company itself, none-the-less. So if a board member decides to tweet, FB post, share an email screen shot, snapchat the hell out of it, etc, etc. it can be considered PR and false claims would then be considered criminal. This is why the person posting on behalf of the company takes on the responsibility of the information being posted along with the company as an entity itself. THIS IS BASICALLY A HUGE GREY AREA INSIDE INVESTING. Therefore, IMO I have no idea what truly is going on. I do However, LOVE the CHART.
