The reverse merger was mentioned on this board several times alluding that SI PAC is interested in driving the price down to 0.0001 to buy up as many shares as possible and then reverse merge with TPAC into a new company. It cant happen on its own as Bill has controlling interest in shares and would have to be a part of it. Now whether or not they do so together to wash their hands of the existing share structure and start fresh is a viable discussion. That activity does happen frequently with stocks that are diluted out of existence but have viable business entities.
What was being discussed was the manipulation to do so. If they did, the move woukd be actionable based on the history of tweets and actions by IR/company. There is a major difference between not releasing the partner names in a contract (which in this situation could be deemed prudent and necessary) and "hiding" income/material events.
