It is pretty clear that anything this company does

The company seems to have learned that lesson the hard way and has evolved it's business philosophy accordingly to address that. Kudos.
When revenue is generated I'm sure the company will submit the appropriate documentation in the proper time period to satisfy both exchange requirements and SEC rules.
As a company that is trying to find a route to profitability, to do anything different than that would be counter intuitive.
Unless you are assuming TPAC is some kind of scam and is intentionally trying to rip off shareholders.....
Stating that the company is intentionally trying tank the stock price is unsubstantiated conjecture.
The stock price is down because it is in the process of establishing revenue and currently has none, just like many start up companies, tech companies, biotech companies, etc.
Any rise or drop in share price at this point is based on speculation or just plain market manipulation by MM, just like 95% every other OTC stock. To the MM, OTC stocks are not worth anything but manipulating for duckets in their buckets. SOP for the OTC.
If you read what is being posted on twitter feeds and such (nice, economical ways to disseminate information when you are resource limited) and other sources, again, the opposite from the "tank the stock" conjecture would seem true.
TPAC seems to be in the process of reconstructing itself and trying multiple methods to establish multiple revenue streams.
It will most certainly be a difficult path.
I admire the effort. If it doesn't work, try something until it does.
In regards to DD. When you play in the OTC you need to educate yourself on what to expect. And you will still make mistakes.
OTC stocks are notorious for their lack of transparency as well as their lack of public information in most cases. That is the risk you take in investing here.
If you expect anything less that a hard search for actionable DD, and don't understand the risks of investing in the OTC, then this is not the place you want to put your money.
If you are in an OTC stock to "get rich quick", prepare to be disappointed because 95% of the time you will be......
Also bear in mind there are "diamonds in the rough" to be found here.....and they are hard to find....
It doesn't get any simpler that that....
Ultimately you are the one responsible for deciding to hit the BUY button or not....no one elses'
Lastly, be very careful of listening to any one source of information to determine if an investment is correct for you, including me.
Do your own DD and come to the conclusion and decision that fits your investment style, risk tolerance etc.
