The news is good as ICLD continues to streamline its business model. They didn't necessarily get cash to pay down their debt, but they maintain a percentage of the assets sold and the right to covert shares (which by the way is why ICLD has so many outstanding shares and low PPS) in the division sold. It's not great news, but it is news.
