TXHD was funded by a hedgefund that shorted their shares prior to converting. Now the hedgefund is being sued by TXHD for usuary laws. The hedgefund was depending on a large conversion based on their artificial deflating of the stock. Now that hedgefund can't get the conversion to cover their short.
They must go into the market to cover. Their short is the companies 400 million share asset.. And if you thought about this it would make sense why the stock traded down to .0005 or less than a 100k market cap. Because the hedgefund thought every share shorted was a profitable share shorted. WRONG!
