I have sent 2 emails to Ms Brandt not only thanking for her letting Treaty to right itself but please investigate the interference by people or groups trying to destroy Treaty aka Naked Shorters.
I encourage every shareholder to reach out to her and express their concerns with what these people have tried to do to our investment.

I am a longtime shareholder in Treaty Energy (2007 maybe 2008) I can't remember when I first bought in . I would like to thank you for settling with Treaty and allowing the company to move forward once the financials are current. Ms Brandt I am in the health care field by trade. I have a lot of my money wrapped up Treaty. I truly believe there has been interference by individuals or groups to harm this company. I also know the previous management was not good. Please I ask you to look into the Naked Shorts that I believe are in Treaty. I believe the shorts started right after the run up on the Belizean oil strike news. Again thank you for allowing Treaty the opportunity to right itself!

Please help stop the Naked Shorting involved in the company Treaty Energy however & whenever it was done. It is plain to see that a group of people do not want Treaty to not only survive or thrive again. The attacks either on the messages board or in person going to active work sites over multiple years or the interference by the lawsuits & bankruptcy case, which had been dismissed has caused lots of damage to the company. Please in your position at the SEC you can investigate these things. I know you have a lot on your plate and a small company on the grey sheets does not seem as important as a larger company but I really feel like this kind of thing goes on in the market and may give a pattern to go on for the larger companies. I do appreciate you give the company & our BOD an opportunity to get the financials current & righting the ship. Thank you for your time today.
