guidelines got his info from them. Those research reports are to let ppl know what they are up to. They could go a month or two without any news at all and keep sh in the dark while they beg to know what is going on. I didn't think it was that bad. The dual purpose malls are a great concept. Retail only malls are becoming dinosaurs.
