Keep in mind Sony is the licensed distributor of home media such as Breaking Bad even though it was originally an AMC production. So what other properties does Sony own the home distribution rights to? Anyone watch Breaking Bad on netflix, it's horrible. Grainy and dark at times throughout the series. I don't know if that's bad copy or some artistic intention by the director but I can't wait to see what 4K Studios does to it. What else, Better Call Saul? The Walking Dead? Into the Badlands? Booyah! UltraFlix will become known at the best TV on TV!
I think NTEK is being rolled out onto the launching pad and poised to go when the next generation of content is rolled out on UltraFlix 3.0. It'll be at that time that I believe NTEK will start announcing details of new acquisitions, etc.
A serious push is underway which started last month to get as many A list titles remastered with HDR and Dolby and on UltraFlix by Christmas. So whether UF 3.0 is officially released at the Cannes Film Festival in just a few weeks or shortly thereafter it makes no difference. We've held and accumulated for years and the light is shining brightly as we finally approach the end of the very long tunnel. .03, .04, .05, it makes no difference they're all deals if you're Long NTEK!
