Trupanion Announces Date of 2017 Annual Meeting of

SEATTLE, April 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Trupanion , Inc. (Nasdaq: TRUP ), a leading provider of medical insurance for cats and dogs, will host its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Wednesday, June 7, 2017.  The Annual Meeting will be held at Trupanion’s corporate headquarters, located at 6100 4 ^th Avenue South, Suite 200, Seattle, Washington 98108, and via virtual webcast. The date of April 13, 2017 was established as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the Annual Meeting.

In addition to routine stockholder approvals related to director election and auditor selection, the agenda will include presentations by Trupanion management followed by a question and answer session.  Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. Pacific Time and there will be employee-led office tours prior to presentations beginning at 10 a.m. Pacific Time.
