Actually everything I posted is correct. One can choose to overlook the obvious but then you end up in a POS like TPAC.
BTL - No Contract Per IR and Bill
No EIA Contracts Per 10Q
No Buyback Per 10Q
No MRVB revenue per 10Q
Unlimited A/S
O/S 5 Billion
Float ? Who knows because there are more outstanding Preferred Shares than the old 4.5 billion A/S . Thats one of the reasons they had to move to WY to have unlimited A/S That comes from TPACMuse herself.
So add in the Preferred and the O/S is more like 10 billion shares.
Why would Bill feel the need to sell e-bikes for quick cash if they had any contracts or revenue in the making?
It was mentioned by another member of a possible reverse merger. That would mean SI a private company would own controlling interest of TPAC. Will they take TPAC private as IR has stated several times? If so shareholders will get .0001 per share as they will let the price drop to those levels as we are seeing.
