The Company has been diligent in seeking out and negotiating new business opportunities and/or alliances that will greatly enhance the value and strategic direction of the Company. We anticipate the completion of one or more of our corporate objectives related to potential acquisitions, joint ventures and product / technology sourcing and development, which are being diligently pursued.
