Harvey has been named as chief technology officer (CTO) to accelerate growth through differentiated and highly innovative technology solutions across the rapidly growing healthcare technology landscape.

As CTO, Mr. Harvey will lead Formativ Health’s technology strategy, product management, software development, IT operations, and partnership ecosystem to deliver technology-enabled Patient Access, Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Operations Services. From 2008 to 2015 David was Vice President of Product Strategy for athena where he served on the executive team, led product strategy, successfully launched two new service offerings, and served as the general manager for athena’s Atlanta, GA office.  David has a pulse on the needs of both provider organizations and the patients that they serve and will help Formativ play an instrumental role in healing much of what ails the U.S. healthcare system.
