You would be correct if you communicated directly to the Company and the CEO. There is no reason to believe that anyone at NanoLogix ever reads the messages on this board. If you really want to communicate your business acumen to the Company then by all means please do it. On the other hand, sniping and snarling on a board that does not in any way ensure that the people who matter (NNLX decision makers) means that you/we are all just "blowing smoke" at each other or have other agendas. I'll assume that the NNLX CEO and board of directors would profit from your wisdom and that of Elsie, Rellvalue, and the several others who have significant criticisms and claimed business experience of the kind that NanoLogix could benefit from. Please share that knowledge with the CEO in a detailed, strategic, comprehensive and substantive way with him directly. Attacking the company and the CEO on a board he does not look at and through uncoordinated snippets and conclusions probably does not help NanoLogix but does generate a sense of negativity for potential investors. Paranoia is not the issue here. Deliberate engineering of a plan of attack on NanoLogix by four or five people (or one or two acting under multiple identities) is the issue.
