How can we gauge that...? Don't think you or I can.
We are gaining awareness, thats a given if people sit on front of them.
Secondly, how do we measure the investment(s)...? Well, I don't believe we can do that either as many have dumped and others sell because they don't believe in OWCP as they should, so they dump and others get in. No large uptick or change in the PPS.
Just my thoughts...
