pattern change out (volume) and pattern repetition (UC ask) at open ..
since April 2017 looks to be going down as one of the lowest *volume* months
in PTOI's history (including 2009) and NR/CEs' had the bad form to spend
months in 2016 .. working March 1, 2016's *reset* (52 week low) from 019
to early August 2016's *reset* (52 week low) of 018 .. there are 4 months
of YOY %s that create financial issues for those who do illegally manipulate
OTC stox by rote ..
