RAK Petroleum plc, the Oslo-listed oil and gas investment company, announces that it has been decided to postpone the approval of its 2016 Annual Report and Accounts by one day and it now expects that its 2016 Annual Report and Accounts will be published before 08:00 am on 27 April 2017.
